"I'm not a 'car guy' but after about a decade and a half in this industry, I concluded that just about everybody in the business is frustrated, tired, and beat down. As an industry, we severely lack leadership, which creates awful work environments. A bad employee experience translates directly into poor customer experiences, and it's no surprise then, that everybody hates getting their car fixed. I started The Aureus Group because work doesn't have to suck." -Tom Bemiller Today, The Aureus Group serves as the management company for auto body shops located in Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania. For us, it's not about repairing cars; it's about *Repairing the Repair® Process*.  *Our goal is to be the best company to work for in this industry.* That means we will be the best company at developing people both professionally and personally. That means we will be the best at fixing cars. That means we will create opportunities for people to advance, all the way to shop ownership. That means you can feel satisfied with your hard work and go home happy at the end of each day.  "I know that if we can improve the employee experience, we will also, by default, improve the customer experience...and that is what we are all about at The Aureus Group." -Tom Bemiller YOU SHOULD CONSIDER JOINING OUR TEAM IF: - You are frustrated with the drama and/or chaos in your shop... - You hate the end of the month... - You go home pissed off... - You believe there is a better way to do this... - You believe people are assets and not resources... - You want to be a part of building something bigger than yourself... ***The Aureus Group Core Values*** ***We are 1 Team ***We are stronger together than any individual ***Own It ***Take responsibility and live up to the commitments we make to ourselves and each other ***Never Stop Learning ***There is opportunity to learn and grow in every experience  ***Love What You Do ***What you get out of your work is determined by what you put into your work ***Be Quick, but Don’t Hurry ***If you do not have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over? # Auto Body & Collision Repair The Aureus Group gets you back on the road with expert service and quick turnaround.
